I don’t practice counting calories, macros, or eliminating foods- instead, I work with a MINIMUM number foods to eat per day!

These 10 food categories are proven to support longevity, vitality, and overall wellbeing- AND eating them can be delicious!
It can be confusing trying to figure out how best to serve your body through nutrition.
One week a food is making headlines for being the “newest superfood”, the next it’s being thrown under the bus. Keto? Paleo? Flexitarian? Vegan? HCLF? Wish someone could just take away all of the labels and present you with a nutrition framework to build upon that was focused on adding in rather than taking away?
